I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We usually ship between 24- 48 hours. Holidays might affect this shipping time. We offer FREE shipping on all US orders.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't get a tracking number, please email us at customerservice@binnysusa.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check, if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at customerservice@binnysusa.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centers based on your location. Domestic shipping is between 3- 7 days. International shipping times vary. All international orders have an estimated 7 to 30+ business days for delivery, although Binnys USA cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through the post offices of destination countries.
Our international packages are delivered to your door with duty paid. However, Binnys USA is not responsible for any other applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipments that may arise.
If you order an item that is not eligible for international shipping due to custom laws, you will receive an email with a list of substitutions. For other international shipping questions, email customerservice@binnysusa.com
